OFFICIAL DMC POLICY | LAST UPDATED: NOV 5, 2025
All bookings are subject to ground availability. Prices are quoted based on current tax regimes and include all applicable local levies. A booking is considered legally confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment and the issuance of a TTA Group confirmation voucher.
Inclusions are strictly limited to those outlined in the final approved itinerary. Standard inclusions typically cover accommodation, designated transfers, specified sightseeing, and meals as noted (B/L/D). Any items not explicitly listed are considered exclusions.
Our cancellation windows are: 60-30 days prior (Full Refund), 30-15 days prior (50% Deduction), and less than 15 days (No Refund). Please note that transaction fees and non-refundable supplier deposits (e.g., flight tickets) are non-recoverable.
Any changes to dates, passenger names, or hotel categories after confirmation are subject to supplier availability and may incur administrative amendment fees alongside price differences.
TTA Group reserves the right to modify routes or timings due to local weather, road closures, or safety concerns. In such events, we will strive to provide a comparable alternative of equal value.
Adventure travel involves varying levels of physical exertion. Guests must ensure they are medically fit for the chosen itinerary. TTA Group is not liable for health issues arising from undisclosed pre-existing conditions.
Maintaining valid passports (min. 6 months validity), visas, and health certificates is the sole responsibility of the guest. TTA Group will assist with invitation letters where applicable but is not liable for visa rejections.
TTA Group acts as an intermediary between guests and service providers. We are not liable for injury, damage, loss, or delay caused by third-party suppliers, strikes, civil unrest, or acts of God (Force Majeure).
We mandate that all travelers possess comprehensive travel insurance. This should cover medical emergencies, personal accident, and trip cancellation.
We uphold a zero-tolerance policy for illegal activities or disruptive behavior. TTA Group reserves the right to terminate services without refund if a guest's conduct poses a risk to themselves or others.
We may document tours via photo or video for marketing purposes. Guests who wish to opt-out must notify the ground lead at the start of the journey.
In high-altitude regions (e.g., Manali, Kazakhstan, Georgia), vehicle movement is strictly governed by local police and weather authorities. If a standard vehicle cannot proceed, 4x4 hire or alternative transport costs are to be borne by the guest/partner.
Any service discrepancies must be reported immediately to our 24/7 ground support to allow for real-time rectification. Post-tour claims may not be entertained if not reported during the trip.
Client data is used solely for booking purposes (hotels, permits, flights). We comply with global data protection standards and do not share information with external marketing firms.
These terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where TTA Group is registered.
